Everything you need to run your white-label SEO agency on Preferium — how to add clients, use your credit pool, sell packages, and brand the dashboard as your own.
How the reseller model works: your pool, your clients, your prices.
As an agency you buy a pool of credits and domain slots from Preferium (your subscription + top-ups). You then create client sites and sell your own packages to your clients at prices you set — the package contents are drawn from YOUR pool at grant time.
Your clients only ever see their own dashboard (white-labeled with your brand). They never see Preferium, your pool, or these agency docs.
Create a client tenant and its site under your agency.
From “Clients”, add a client and their website. Each client is fully isolated — its data, credits and users are separate from every other client and from your own agency workspace.
You can view a client’s dashboard to help them, and manage their package and credits from the Clients page.
Everything you give a client is drawn from your own pool.
When you grant a client a package, its credits and domain slots are debited from your agency pool. If the pool is low, you can top up manually, or turn on auto-replenish so the shortfall is bought automatically from Preferium at standard prices.
Rule: to offer AUTOMATIC selling of top-ups/domains to your clients, you must enable auto-buy from Preferium — otherwise a sale with an empty pool can’t be fulfilled.
Define packages, set your prices, charge on your own Stripe.
Connect your own Stripe under “Billing”, then create the subscription and top-up packages you sell. Your clients pay YOU on your Stripe; you always pay Preferium standard backend prices for what’s consumed from your pool. The margin is yours.
Make the dashboard yours — name, logo, colour, and (soon) your own domain.
Set your agency name, logo and accent colour under Settings → Branding. Your clients see your brand throughout their dashboard, never Preferium’s.
A dedicated dashboard domain for your agency (your own URL instead of the shared one) is available on request.
